The 3rd expression in Macallan's Harmony Collection, this series aims to bring more sustainability to Macallan's top tier whisky. The packaging for this edition utlises discarded meadow cuttings. The Amber Meadow edition is a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, the fashion designer and photographers who are the daughters of legendary British icon Paul McCartney. This release uses a combination of sherry and bourbon cask matured whisky to create a fresh, herb forward take on the classic Macallan formula.
